What is Self-Hosted?
Self-Hosted is a version of Eigenfocus that you host on your own infrastructure. You're responsible for hosting and running the application.
Will it work on my infrastructure?
Our build is based on our FREE Edition and we use Docker to distribute it. If you have a system that can run our FREE Edition docker image, then our other editions should also work.
How do I get access after buying?
We distribute our paid editions through a private Docker registry. After purchase, you'll receive an email with instructions to access our private Docker registry and setup documentation.
How do I upgrade from the FREE Edition?
You just need pull from our private docker registry and use the same mounted data volume. The purchased edition will automatically migrate your data on first start. And, of course, don't forget to stop the FREE Edition container first 👀.
How are payments processed? Is it secure?
All payments are securely processed through Stripe. We never store your credit card information.
Will I get future updates?
Yes! All customers get access to future updates for their corresponding purchased edition.
