Account Terms
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password and for ensuring that any of your users do the same. The Company cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
You are responsible for all content posted to and activity that occurs under your account, including content posted by and activity of any users in your account.
You must be a human. Accounts registered by “bots” or other automated methods are not permitted.
Free Services
If you are using a free version of one of our Services, it is really free: we do not ask you for your credit card or sell your data. However, free services may have limitations on data storage or feature access.
Payment
- Some features may be free; paid plans require pre-payment.
- Payment is processed through our payment processor, Stripe. All payments are subject to Stripe's own terms and policies. We do not store any credit card information on our servers.
- If you do not pay, we will freeze your account and it will be inaccessible until you make payment. If your account has been frozen for a while, we will queue it up for auto-cancellation.
- You are responsible for applicable taxes unless we state otherwise.
- Disputes or requests for refunds must be submitted within 30 days of the charge.
Discontinuation
Suspension means you and any other users on your account will not be able to access the account or any content in the account.
Termination will furthermore result in the deletion of your account or your access to your account, and the deletion of all content in your account.
Verbal, physical, written or other abuse (including threats of abuse or retribution) of a Company employee or officer will result in immediate account termination.
If there is a violation of our Terms of Use, we will take action to terminate the account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of our Services for any reason at any time.
Users are responsible for backing up their data prior to termination.
Modifications to the Service and Prices
We intend to keep our Services running as far as it is possible and reasonable to do so.
That means when it comes to security, privacy and customer support, we will continue to maintain any legacy Services. Sometimes it becomes technically impossible to continue a feature or we redesign a part of our Services because we think it could be better or we decide to close new signups of a product. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any part of our Services with or without notice.
Sometimes we change the pricing structure for our products. When we do that, we tend to exempt existing customers from those changes. However, we may choose to change the prices for existing customers. If we do so, we will give at least 15 days notice and will notify you via the email address on record. We may also post a notice about changes on our websites or the affected Services themselves.
Uptime, Security, and Privacy
You use the Services at your own risk. They are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
While we do not offer formal service-level agreements, we take the uptime and reliability of our applications seriously and make every reasonable effort to keep them running smoothly.
To protect overall service stability, we reserve the right to temporarily disable accounts that significantly exceed typical usage patterns. If this becomes necessary, we'll attempt to contact the account owner before taking action—except in rare situations where immediate action is required to maintain service quality for others.
Your data is protected through a combination of backups, redundancy, and encryption. We enforce encryption for all data transmitted over the public internet. By using the Services, you agree that the Company may process your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Occasionally, our team may access your data in specific scenarios:
- Support Requests: Only with your explicit consent, to help resolve a support issue you've submitted.
- Error Recovery: If an automated process fails and alerts us, we may access limited data to fix the issue—only when strictly necessary.
- Security & Abuse Prevention: To protect the platform and its users, we may review logs or metadata, and, in rare abuse investigations, access an account to ensure safety and compliance.
We rely on trusted third-party vendors and hosting providers to supply the hardware, software, networking, storage, and infrastructure needed to deliver the Services.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time to reflect changes in our service, legal requirements, or business practices. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised terms on our website or within the service interface. If we make significant changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and make reasonable efforts to notify users of these changes through email. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Your continued use of the service following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must discontinue use of the service.
Copyright and Content Ownership
The Company or its licensors own all right, title, and interest in and to the Services, including all intellectual property rights therein, and you obtain no ownership rights in the Services as a result of your use. You must request permission to use the Company's logos or any Service logos for promotional purposes. Please email us requests to use logos. We reserve the right to rescind any permissions if you violate these Terms.
Liability
You agree that the Company is not liable to you or to any third party for damages of any kind that result from the use of the Services such as: service interruptions, loss of data or unauthorized access of your data or account. The Company is also not liable for damages of any kind related to actions of any third party that uses the Services or any other consequences related to the Terms or Services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 6 months.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of these Terms.
Legal Stuff
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
